Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during busy periods, promotions or product launches, but we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly.

Delivery

We ship all orders using 48 hour delivery service from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or peak delivery periods.

Additional information

Once an order has been dispatched, C.E.O. Made is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
