Frequently Asked Questions
C.E.O. Made is designed for real skin, real routines and real results. Our
formulas focus on sensitive-skin friendly ingredients, seamless fades and a
natural, skin like finish. No patchiness, no harsh smell, no stress. We don't
just give you a tan, we give you confidence.
Yes, we have carefully selected skin loving ingredients like aloe vera,
ceramides and soothing botanicals to support your skin barrier while you tan.
However, we always recommend patch testing 24 hours before use.
Our formula is buildable and develops in stages, giving you full control
over your final result. You will see an initial glow after rinsing but thanks
to the inclusion of erythrulose, your tan will continue to deepen gradually
over 24-48 hours.
Your C.E.O. Made tan can last up to 10 days when your skin is properly cared
for. Daily moisturising is key to maintaining an even, long lasting glow as it
supports your skin barrier and prevents patchy fading.
Thanks to our skin focused formula, your tan fades gradually and evenly, no
cracking, no flaking, just a smooth, natural finish.
Exfoliate 24 hours before application, paying extra attention to dry areas
like elbows, knees, hands and wrists. Avoid oils or heavy lotions right before
tanning.
How do I apply C.E.O. Made for the best results?
For a flawless, skin like finish, we recommend a two-step application:
Step 1: Apply
Use a tanning mitt to apply the product in smooth, circular motions, working
section by section across the body.
Step 2: Perfect (The C.E.O. Made Method)
Use a blending brush to refine and diffuse the tan on areas that need extra
precision, like wrists, hands, feet, ankles and elbows. This step ensures there
are no harsh lines, excess build up or patchiness.
Less is more when it comes to these areas, always blend out using minimal
product for the most natural result.
Pro tip: Think of the brush as your finishing tool. It's
what takes your tan from good to professionally blended.
Wrists are where most tans go wrong but not with C.E.O. Made.
Use minimal product on your mitt
Lightly sweep over the wrist area after tanning your arms
Blend down from your forearm rather than applying directly
Flex and rotate your wrist while blending to avoid creases
Think of it as diffusing, not applying. This is the C.E.O. finish.
Hands need a soft touch approach:
Use only the leftover product on your mitt
Lightly guide over the tops of hands
Then use a blending brush to buff and diffuse the product, ensuring an even,
seamless finish
Gently blend over fingers, avoiding excess build up around knuckles
Avoid palms completely
Pro tip: The brush is key here, it softens the tan and
removes any excess, giving you that natural, skin like finish with no harsh
lines.
Yes, but apply sparingly and blend well. You can also mix a small amount
with your moisturiser for a subtle glow.
Leave on for 4-8 hours depending on your desired depth. For a deeper result,
you can leave it on longer before rinsing.
Our guide colour may transfer slightly before your first rinse, so we
recommend wearing loose, dark clothing during development.
Moisturise daily avoiding moisturisers that contain oil and avoid harsh
exfoliants and top with a light layer as needed to keep your glow fresh.
Don't panic, we have all been there. Exfoliate gently or use a tan remover
to even things out. Remember, tanning is a process and your technique will
improve over time.
Always. We believe in conscious beauty that feels good as it looks.
Your glow, your schedule. Most C.E.O. Made tans last up to 10 days with
proper care, so you can reapply once your tan has faded or whenever you're
ready to reset your glow.
Always.
