Refund policy

At C.E.O. Made, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of self tanning products, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure product safety and hygiene.

Returns 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of self tanning products that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can assess the problem and assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds 

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days once approved.

Unopened products

If you wish to return an unopened, unused product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, sealed condition. Return shipping will be deducted from the order unless the item is faulty.

Non-Refundable Items 

Opened or used self tanning products (unless faulty).

Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect application.

Sale or promotional items (unless faulty).
